In this new Chakra class, you get to choose which one of the 6 major Chakras you would like to work with. In this interactive, hands-on “playshop,” you will learn, see and feel how the energy of colors and shapes can open the door to allow your heart and soul to soar! Let go of your fear, need to please others, guilt, shame, lies, anger, stress, worry and anxiety. Replace those holes with love, light, passion, confidence, joy, happiness and peace. We will work together to help balance your chakras for better health, well-being and peace of mind (sanity).
Plus, there will have a drawing for a free Chakra art print of your choice ($50 value)! What could be better??!?
Here are details about the six (6) Major Chakras we will be working to help balance:
- Root Chakra (red) = Replacing fear with trust, physical strength, courage, money, manifesting your desires;
- Sacral Chakra (orange) = Letting go of shame, passion and pleasure, creativity;
- Solar Plexus Chakra (yellow) = Taking back your personal power, confidence, self-esteem, self-discipline;
- Heart Chakra (green) = Feelings of joy and happiness, self-love, nurturing yourself, mercy, forgiveness, respect;
- Throat Chakra (blue) = Speaking your truth with confidence and conviction, listening without judgment, clear communication;
- Third Eye Chakra (indigo) = Being more in touch with your inner knowing, developing your intuition, spiritual awareness, clear thoughts.
