Your Throat Chakra is the center of clear communication, honest and heart-felt words, expressing yourself truthfully and respecting yourself and others. When this Chakra is buzzing you find it so easy to say what's on your mind with ease and love, feel on top of the world and all aspects of your life are flowing! Your Throat Chakra might need some TLC if you find yourself not being 100% truthful, having a hard time saying what is on your mind or feeling physical discomfort in your ears and/or throat (i.e., ear aches or sore throats). A light blue with light touches of teal and cobalt symbolize this chatter box Chakra.
